SELLER’S GUARANTEES
We promise the animal to be comparable to the photos shown in the ad. We will never use photos that will create an unrealistic expectation of the animal. Photos will be taken only for ads. Animals will be in good health when sent. Any cosmetic flaws (including but not limited to lost toe tips, FTS, lost tail tips, etc.) will be notated in the ad.

LIVE ANIMAL SHIPPING & GUARANTEE
Shipping is based on location and ranges anywhere from $60-100 on average. Shipping is done through MorphMarket using FedEx priority overnight to the shipping address provided during checkout. Shipping will only occur in safe temperatures at all stops, with the highest temperature no more than 85*F and the lowest temperature no lower than 40*F. You must contact us after placing your order to set up a suitable shipping date. Shipping occurs on Monday Tuesdays and Wednesdays ONLY.
The seller must have all shipping addresses and info from the buyer(s) by 5pm CST Sunday the weekend before shipment, or else shipping will not occur that week.
All animals will have a live arrival guarantee and a seven day health guarantee. Shipping during unsafe weather will never occur. DOAs due to buyer negligence in picking up the animal are not covered under the LAG. DOAs due to unpreventable FedEx delays or errors do fall under the LAG and the seller will work with the buyer in such instances. Tail loss or nose rubs that occur during shipping are not covered under the live arrival or health guarantees.

PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are on a case by case basis. Meaning not all Payment plans will be available.
Payment plans can be started on an animal valued over $400 on a case by case basis. 25% non refundable deposit for payment plans. Plans are currently available for 30 days 45 days and 60 days. Payment plans that are not completed before the agreed upon due date will have a reminder sent in advance of the due date. Should the buyer fail to complete the plan, or fail to contact the seller to make arrangements, the seller has the right to reclaim the animal. The seller will relist animals 24 hours after animal(s) are failed to be paid after the plan. Should the buyer fail to follow through on any arrangements made, the seller has the right to reclaim the animal at that point. Failure to pay the non refundable deposit will be turned into store credit. Any money sent in the period of the plan will be turned into store credit as there are NO REFUNDS

LOCAL PICKUPS: ALL local pickups must have a 50% non refundable deposit paid in order to place an animal on hold for meeting locally. I will not place on hold WITHOUT payment.

If a buyer who has paid in full for an order fails to respond to any contact attempts by the seller over the course of one week, the animal will be considered abandoned and reclaimed by the seller, and the buyer will be offered store credit of equal value.

Once a deposit has been placed there is no transferring it to another animal. If there is another animal you want in it's place there will be a new non refundable deposit for that animal.
You have 24 hours from last message to respond whether you would like the animal or not. If I don't hear from you within 24 hours, I will move along.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS. Winter holds I require a 25% down payment for holds unless paid in full. There are no fees for winter holds.

I accept payments via Credit Card, Venmo, cash-app, cash, PayPal - (PayPal Goods & Services, friends and family).

SHIPPING TERMS
All animals will be shipped to the FEDEX HUB of your choice or closest to you.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us by email or direct messenger after placing an order, to determine the most appropriate day for shipping and to provide us with any additional information we may need. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that someone is at the shipping address on the day the package is scheduled to arrive, or is picking the animal up from the hub.
We require photo confirmation of live arrival within 1 Hour of package delivery or within 60 mins of hub pickup. All guarantees are void if someone is not present for the first delivery attempt or if we are not contacted within 1 hour of delivery to residence. If you are shipping to hub, animals must be picked up before or around noon. If you need to pick up later in the day, please inform the seller prior to shipping the animal.
If shipment is not picked up the day it arrives at the FedEx Hub, it will be considered abandoned and seller will have to pay for return shipping for the animal's safety. Abandoned purchases are not eligible for refund.

SEXING ANIMALS
Animal sex will be labeled as accurately as possible in the ad. Sexing is only guaranteed on animals labeled specifically male or female. The seller is not responsible for change of gender in young animals labeled “possible” or “probable”. Temperature sexed young animals do not have a sex guarantee.

ANIMAL/CUSTOMER CARE
Homestead Exotics is not responsible for any veterinary expenses or costs incurred by the buyer for any animal. If you take any animal to a veterinarian, you do so entirely at your own expense.
